Each golf course facility must fill out and submit the Full Desk Audit when making an application to move from the Baseline IPM Accreditation level to the Introductory IPM Accreditation level or if they were at the Introductory level and failed to pass their On-site Audit. An auditor will review the information submitted and develop an Evaluation Report. The decision to approve a facility for advancement will be made by Plant Health Atlantic Council based on the Evaluation Report received.
A facility can apply only once for a Baseline Desk Audit.
All forms must be complete and the registration fee received before the Auditor will review the application.
